Generic Accessory for BUBLUE Pool Cleaner

I love that customer service was able to assist me via email with a video I sent and knew exactly what was needed. Just the ordering process was a bit sketchy---it worked wished there was a dealer in the US to get spare parts if needed or an actual phone number.

finally got the replacement power cord after some back and forward emails.
I had supplied the complete model number of robot. then in another set of emails I had to send a pic of the physical connection on the robot before they sent the power cord.

Sometimes things get lost in email / text.

Wish company would supply a real phone number to speak with a human. But the world has moved away from being talking with people.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the excellent customer service I received. Good customer service is not normal these days but your company exceeded my expectations.

What a great experience dealing with Bublue's support team. They replied to my emails in a timely manner and provided excellent guidance. A new gear was sent and my problem has been resolved.
